Return Policy
Shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, however if you are dissatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned for merchandise exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt either via mail. We do not accept returns COD. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All Sale merchandise and perishable items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that custom, monogrammed and special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

To return an item by mail: The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please make sure you include the original packing slip and include the reason for return and/or item for exchange. Obtain a delivery confirmation and insure the package for tracking purposes either via Federal Express, UPS or the Postal Service and mail to:

Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of returns. Important: Shipping fees for returns are not refundable.

Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please call us at
646-705-1583 or emai lorders@HayseBlack.com for a return authorization #. In an email, please provide details on the damage or defection. We are not responsible for any damaged or defective merchandise sent back without prior approval.

Cancellation or change to order: Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us at orders@HayseBlack.com or call us at 646-705-1583. Please note that custom, monogrammed and special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Shipping
Pending order verification and credit approval, shipping delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days (excluding holidays). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories. All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not offer express or overnight shipping. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.

Sales Tax
New York State residents will be charged all applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are not taxable.
