Damaged Items

for a return authorization #. In an email, please provide details on the
damage or defection. We are not responsible for any damaged or defective
merchandise sent back without prior approval.
Cancellation or change to order: Orders can be cancelled with no additional
charge as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us at orders@HayseBlack.com
or call us at 646-705-1583.
Please note that custom, monogrammed and special orders cannot be cancelled
or returned.
Shipping
Pending order verification and credit approval, shipping
delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 business days (excluding holidays).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks for
delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories. All orders are shipped via UPS.
We do not offer express or overnight shipping. The exact shipping cost will
be calculated during checkout.
Sales Tax
New York State residents will be charged all applicable sales
tax. Shipping costs are not taxable.
